Crema's Take
“Nestled in The Junto Hotel, this spot serves as much more than a coffee bar—it's a warm gathering space where the staff genuinely seems to remember your name and anticipate your needs, whether that's a perfectly crafted Irish Coffee or an unexpectedly generous chicken sandwich delivered with a smile. The drinks are clearly taken seriously here, from traditional espresso drinks to creative specialty cocktails, and the atmosphere strikes that rare balance of being polished enough for business meetings yet inviting enough for a leisurely afternoon. If you're staying nearby or just passing through Columbus, the genuine hospitality and quality drinks make this worth seeking out.”

Either the bartender started liking us better when we were inebriated, or the effects of inebriation made me feel that way. She mostly paid attention to the other customers, but she made awesome drinks so who cares. Lol. A little stuffy but that’s my only complaint.
Guys!!!! I live in Toledo and had a 3 day stay at The Junto. I had the best service EVER!!! Let me give a shout to Gus, Rick, Collin, Elizabeth, Leah, Drew, Carl, Charlie, Marquis, Tamyris, Scott, and Rosa! I can't say enough about the interaction. Your service was well appreciated. Please always remember that by treating others the way you deserve to be treated will always be the best route. I ABSOLUTELY had one of the best stays. Thank you sooooo freaking much!
Thank you Don!! We were just approached randomly with a chicken sandwich, mind you the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, with a smile and a kind voice. He treated us with such hospitality!! An amazing guy.
My recent experience at The Trade Room while staying at The Junto: Mid-afternoon I ordered an Irish Coffee. A very simple and common drink and I think the most I ever spent on one was $18 at the Four Seasons in Vail. The drink was mediocre (cold coffee), but the real issue is that I was charged $30 for it (1x Bailey's at $15 + 1x Jameson at $15) because no one in this establishment seems to have worked in a bar before. When this was brought up with the bartender he explained that there was no other way for him to ring it up. I pointed out that there was an espresso martini on the menu for $16 and I would have ordered that had I known... it is effectively the same drink at half the cost. He said he would talk about it with the manager so they can figure it out going forward. While having breakfast the next morning I saw the F&B manager so I walked over to ask him what he would charge if I ordered an Irish Coffee. He also seemed confused and just poked buttons on his computer screen until I told him that I had been charged $30 for one the night before. He had no real answer as to why that would happen or if it was right or wrong. Anyhow, if this is your plan going forward you may want to give your patrons a heads-up that they will be charged twice for a single drink because your systems are inadequate or you're going to end up with lots of upset customers and charge-backs. Nice setting, but last time I will bother wandering in.
Great bar / lobby / hang out area at The Junto Hotel. The space is great, as are the drinks.
