Coffee on the Red
100 Greenacres Blvd, Bossier City, LA
Crema's Take
“Coffee on the Red shows real promise with genuinely delicious espresso drinks that let quality beans shine through without overwhelming sweetness, though consistency seems to be slipping lately. The drive-thru convenience appeals to Bossier City coffee seekers, but the vague menu ordering and occasional service lapses suggest they're still figuring out how to scale their craft—you might find a stellar vanilla latte one visit and a disappointing pastry the next. If you're willing to give them grace as they work through growing pains, there are moments here where the coffee truly delivers.”

The coffee isn’t bad. It’s just not great. The drive-through menu is very vague and doesn’t have much of an explanation of the food or drinks. Which is probably why I paid $12 for a crappy coffee and a sticky kolache Which had paper burned to the bottom of it. Not a fan myself, butI’m sure some people like the place. I’ll never return.
Very good coffee shop with some great coffee selections. Food is kinda limited as is space but they do have a drive through. The coffee was good, the service was not too bad. The atmosphere was very yuppie like...
Ordered a cappuccino. Server said we would bring it out to me. Sat and waited a bit. Then hear them calling my name. My cappuccino sat on the counter getting cold. I explained she told me she would deliver the coffee. She simply apologized and said "sorry". Thanks for the cold coffee. 👎👎👎👎👎
First time here and the coffee is delicious! I got an iced vanilla latte and my husband got an iced maple cinnamon latte. Both coffees aren’t too sweet and allow the flavor of the coffee to come through. We went through the drive through- staff was very friendly and the coffee was ready within a couple of minutes. We’re in town visiting family, and will definitely come back next time we’re in Bossier.
Something has changed because the food/coffee quality is steadily failing here. I spent almost $20 on a coffee for myself and 2 scones for coworkers. I was embarrassed to give the scones to them. They were so burnt and dry I told them they didn't have any scones ready yet and gave them their money back. The large coffee was half full at best with the rest being a glob of whipped cream. They're not the cheapest but they're convenient on my drive and locally owned. I always try my best to support local but with this continued decline, I don't know that I can/will.
