Great little spot to grab a coffee and hang out. They have a nice little nook in the back with books and dim lighting that creates a nice subtle quiet environment for reading or studying. I got a Texas Latte which wasn’t overly sweet and had a really good coffee flavor. I didn’t get to try the food but it also looks pretty good, may have to try it out next time.

You can either order online or at the register and they give you a number stand then afterwards they will call your number you will have to go pick it up. It looks like they’re low staff so the service is delayed and there was a line when i got there. I did notice they had someone that came in as a regular and got better treatment than any other guest. The atmosphere reminded me of a library or cozy like a home. They had tons of seating and more towards the back. The decor had plants, books, dresser, couches, and lamps. There was patio seating too outside. I ordered the Texas latte iced. It’s one of their specialty lattes and when I received it the coffee was still warm, the ice wasn’t mixed in the drink. After I mixed it myself it did have a nice flavor to it. I believe it has Carmel in it. I mostly tasted the milk more than anything and I got it with oat milk. I also tried the kolache brisket with cheese. The kolache was a big size this was more than enough to call breakfast. The outer layer wasn’t soft it was more dense, firm, and overcooked. The brisket meat was also a little tough and dry. I had to really use that bbq sauce they gave me to help me finish it and I barely could taste any cheese. Overall, I really liked the design and the cozy vibes I got. However, the food and drink was not up to par.

day 6 coffee is one of my favorite cafes to go to! the interior is so cozy, with comfy couches, armchairs, and a fireplace that makes it the perfect place to study or catch up with friends. i come here all the time, and it always feels welcoming the service is sooo friendly and warm, which really adds to the experience. however, i do wish there were a few more outlets, especially for longer study sessions their hot lattes are amazing, very rich and creamy. the vanilla + lavender syrup combo is so good overall, rlly good vibes, great drinks, and a spot i'll always keep coming back to!

We like to drive away from home and try some out of the way coffee shops now and then. I’ve never heard of this shop and have never noticed it on many trips down Highway 6 in Sugar Land. The staff were friendly. It seemed small but there a whole other area in the back. Very nice looking place. I had a hot vanilla latte and a kolache that I expected to be more of a pig in a blanket. It was a full on sausage. Very good. Don’t forget to visit Half Price Books while you’re there.

The lavender latte was flavorful and aromatic. The brisket taco was served with a BBQ sauce, while the sausage taco came with a delicious green sauce. Both tacos arrived steaming hot and were ready within a minute. The blueberry muffin was a bit too sweet for my preference, but it was warm with a pleasant crisp texture. The sausage kolache was hearty, with a thick, juicy filling and good overall flavor. The staff was friendly, and the café had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit.
