Hunter and the rest of the staff always do a nice job of taking care of us. The ingredients they use are high quality. The staff bust their tails trying to get the customers their orders in a timely manner. Good food, good coffee, good smoothies, hard working staff. I’m a happy patron and figured I should leave a review.

I need to speak directly about the mustard at Cafe Nu in Kaukauna. I ordered the Cubano with triple extra mustard, and what I experienced was nothing short of life-changing. This mustard is not a condiment. It is not a supporting character. It is the main event. Bold, tangy, perfectly balanced, smooth with just the right sharp kick — it was layered, vibrant, and unbelievably scrumptious. I loved it so much that I asked for a bowl of it. Yes. A bowl. And I ate it with a spoon. Every single spoonful was elite. Clean finish. Perfect zing. Absolutely addictive. This mustard reset my standards permanently. If I could, I would do diabolical things for this mustard. I would guard it with my life. I would trade secrets for the recipe. I would fight in medieval combat to defend its honor. I would build it a throne. That’s the level of dedication we’re talking about. Five stars isn’t enough. This mustard deserves awards, recognition, and possibly its own national holiday. Cafe Nu — whatever magic is happening in that mustard, never stop.

This is one of the BEST restaurants in the entire valley - if you’re in the perfect mood for lunch - THIS is the place to go. Now, I have been to PLENTY of restaurants that serve what they do; but the flavor you get with each meal is unique to itself. Authentic is a word that comes close. My favorite item from the menu is the Italiano sandwich. Now, you may say - a lot of places sever this! BUT! Not this rich in flavor, when I say WOW. I truly mean it. This is HOW you make an Italian sandwich. Absolutely masterfully made, PACKED with flavor. This sandwich tastes like it straight from down south where food culture is rich! You can join a feeling of living in New Orleans from the comfort of Wisconsin. This place is great, the staff is friendly, and they always enjoy taking your order. The restaurant itself is very relaxed, spacious for enough people to fill an entire lunch crowd & for those in a real trip - there’s even a drive thru. I cannot recommend this place enough, please give this an honest try. This has to be my favorite lunch spot around. The smoothies are also packed full of flavor & nutrients! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 hands down

Sunday oct 26th,2025, I dont ever leave reviews unless they are amazing or terrible. This has been best food we have had from Cafe Nu. Whoever the guy was working did an amazing job on food and drink. Got a Chipotle Chicken bacon ranch quesadille, buffalo chicken panni and whey large smoothie 100/10 recommend so good

I was looking for healthier food options that are also fast. They didn’t disappoint. My daughter got a smoothie and a common cinnamon roll, and I got the chicken blt wrap. The portion was very generous. There were different seating options: booth, couch, tables with chairs. It was clean and comfortable.
