Hygge Coffee Bar
12 Sullivan St Unit 101, Dover, NH
Crema's Take
“Hygge Coffee Bar in Dover has mastered the art of making every visit feel like a warm embrace, with owner Tracey creating an uncommonly cozy atmosphere where thoughtful, elevated flavor pairings—think creative signature drinks and upscale combinations—feel nothing like chain coffee shop fare. Each drink is crafted with genuine care, whether you're ordering a perfectly pulled cappuccino or one of their inventive seasonal creations, and the pastry selection pairs beautifully with the espresso-forward menu. This is the kind of place where you linger, connect, and leave feeling like you've experienced something genuinely special rather than just grabbed a caffeine fix.”

The service is exceptional, and their upscale, unique flavor pairings make it stand apart. You can tell real thought goes into the menu — it’s creative, elevated, and unlike anywhere else locally. Highly recommend! The Lavender truffle latte is like no other 🙌
Chose to try somewhere local instead of a chain for my birthday & stopped into Hygge Coffee Bar ☕✨ So glad we did! Cozy atmosphere, down-to-earth staff, & truly delicious drinks. The cappuccino & Truffle Latte (Chocolate Raspberry) were incredible. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area 🌊🐾
My friend and I went to Hygge Coffee Bar for our first time this morning, and I can't recommend it enough! Tracey, the owner, is wonderful! The atmosphere is so warm and cozy, and the Blueberry Muffin Latte was delicious! I look forward to my next visit.
It was my second time going and I'm just gonna say it was the nicest most coziest coffee place I ever been to. the owner is so much better and more talented then a lot of other people that been working for over 20 years. Today I ordered the iced blueberry muffins latte and she didint have blue berry milk but instead of having me order something else like a lot of people would of she still made it but with regular milk and it was so good.i liked the set up it's in the corner to the right of bad Wolf butcher and it had a comfy couch that you can sit on while waiting for your amazing drink.besides all that I highly recommend this place it ain't as big as other places but it's a small cozy coffee bar and it has nostalgic drinks.
This shop is where you go to have a very nice hot beverage! 😋 It's an experience more than the daily fix. Also, as others have said, the owner is lovely and wonderful at connecting with each person that comes in. This place is a gem! You can tell there's a lot of love poured into her craft & business!
