Canadian Bakin

My favorite bagel place! I was never into bagels, until my husband recommended me their garlic bagel, the supreme of all bagels! They also have the best chai in town. We tagged a friend along and now she’s addicted to the garlic bagel and chai as well! However, many times we arrive there, they are sold out on the garlic bagels. I would definitely recommend making more of the garlic bagels. Otherwise, great staff, food and vibes!

Canadian Bakin is always a good experience. The food is great and I don't get to eat it nearly often enough. They have the best bacon I've ever eaten. During busy times, the line is usually out the door, it's sometimes hard to get seating bc of location size, and can be loud bc of all the people, but you can always get it to go. It's still worth it even with all that. 😊 I don't mind waiting for the food or seating bc it's just so good. They're open 0700 - 1400 hrs, Wednesday thru Sunday.

Canadian Bakin is one of those rare places that feels like you’ve stumbled into a secret locals-only retreat, where the smell of fresh bagels hits you before you even reach the door, and suddenly your day is already better. As a self-proclaimed bagel snob with deep New York family roots (and plenty of bragging rights from eating the best bagels on the planet), I wasn’t expecting Huntsville to surprise me. But Canadian Bakin did more than surprise me, it straight up transported me. I ordered their cinnamon crunch bagel with the crunchy butter cinnamon topping, and the moment I took a bite, it felt like being back in the Northeast. Not just in flavor, but in that unmistakable texture: the perfect chew, the fresh-baked warmth, the exterior with just the right amount of bite. And then that cinnamon crunch… honestly, it should come with a warning label for how addictive it is. The shop itself adds to the whole experience. It’s cozy, warm, and relaxing, exactly the kind of bakery-café that makes you want to linger a little longer, sip something hot, and pretend you’re part of the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, the vibe is mellow, and the whole place just gets it when it comes to real bagels. Canadian Bakin lives up to the hype and then some. Whether you’re a bagel purist or someone who just loves a great bakery tucked away in a welcoming corner of the city, this place is absolutely worth the stop. Huntsville has a hidden gem here, and now I’m already plotting my next visit.

My coworker brought me here. Probably because she knows I LOVE bagels! We walked in and there was only 1 person ahead of us.This actually worked out perfectly because it gave me time to scan the menu a make my selection so I'd be ready when it was my turn to order. Chocolate chip bagel? Oh my yes indeed. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel and coffee. We went and found a seat. While we waited i definitely enjoyed the retro old school vibe. This place is definitely one of a kind. When he brought my bagel out it only made my life for this place grow fonder. The bagel was delicious with a generous amount of cream cheese. I can't wait to back. Next time I hope they have enough of the chocolate chip bagels so I can take a few with me

My new favorite spot for breakfast in Huntsville! I love the homemade flavor of the bagels and the healthy sides they offer. I’ve tried the plain, sourdough, blueberry, and their limited time cinnamon butter bagel, everything was absolutely delicious!
