Farmhouse Table Midtown
90 S Clinton Ave, Rochester, NY
Crema's Take
“Farmhouse Table Midtown is a Rochester gem where genuinely warm service and a farm-to-table ethos create the kind of place you'll want to linger—whether it's for live music on a Sunday, a leisurely breakfast with friends, or just a really well-made latte in a light-filled, inviting space. The menu keeps things uncomplicated and fresh, from straightforward excellent coffee to standout items like their turkey pesto melt and hefty breakfast sandwiches, letting quality ingredients and friendly hospitality do the talking rather than gimmicks. It's the rare coffee shop that feels equally suited for a quiet morning sit or a social gathering, with staff who actually seem to care about making your visit special.”

I had a fantastic Sunday at Farmhouse Table Midtown, made even better by live music from Claudia Hoyser! This spot is officially one of my Rochester favorites. Their farm-to-table mission is the real deal—you can taste the quality that comes from working with local farms. The hospitality was top-notch; Eddie the bar manager was incredibly pleasant, and the entire team was kind and professional. You can't go wrong with the treats or the food, but the breakfast sandwich is the absolute standout. Pro tip: Get the breakfast sauce on the side—it’s a must-try!"
I went this morning with a friend for breakfast, this was our first time coming in, the costumer service was amazing by Ivy, she made my iced chai latte as well as the turkey pesto melt, it was delicious and the food came out so quick! There are three stories to sit and eat which I thought was amazing and the vibes were outstanding. Definitely recommend if you want to try a new place. Will be going there again!
We stopped in before our trip back to Buffalo. The staff were so outgoing and welcoming. They made accommodations to changing my food up and I had THE best latte ever here. 10/10
I got the turkey pesto melt. Super fresh and delicious. The service was fast and friendly! Atmosphere inviting, with lots of light and relaxing music. Prices weren’t too bad either. Menu somewhat limited.
If you haven’t eaten in a day, get the double protein breakfast sandwich. It’s huge and delicious. Their coffee is coffee. No weird flavors just good coffee.
