I'm so glad Vivians is in our neighborhood! The coffee is delicious, my husband loves the dirty chai latte, I typically enjoy a maple latte. We've enjoyed breakfast, pastries, and their dinner snacks and everything has been great! Super friendly staff as well

This was our first time going here and it’s so nice! The style is almost like a European cafe, where you sit down and order and you don’t pay until you leave, which is so nice and inviting. The breakfast sandwich was honestly big enough for two of us to split, and it was delicious. The coffee was also so good! We will definitely be coming back. Our server was super nice as well, and everything came out really fast.

Everything I’ve ever wanted in a local spot. The coffee is great. Love that they have skim milk and make their own syrups. Latte art is beautiful. The workers are so kind. The vibes are great. Coffee is cheaper than other spots close by. They also have happy hour. Love love love this place and want everyone to love it too.

The coffee was AMAZING, as was the service. However, we didn't love the food we ordered, which was surprising given how much we love the ownerships' other ventures. The eggs here are baked, which did lead to a less than ideal texture and the ratio of chicken salad to salad in the chicken salad wrap left a lot to be desired flavor wise (and didn't justify the $16 price). I'm looking forward to seeing how this place develops, and honestly can't recommend the coffee enough.

Eat at Vivian's is the perfect slogan. I'm so happy this is in my neighborhood. The staff was friendly, fun, and patient. They make great teas and coffees. You can order breakfast all day. The food was fresh, tasty, and affordable. 💯/10!! Highly recommend
