Cosi

Crema's Take

This inviting Baltimore spot excels at hospitality, with staff who genuinely shine even during the breakfast rush—they've earned consistent praise for their warmth and patience, whether you're grabbing a quick bite solo or managing a group of 14. The menu stretches beyond typical coffee shop fare with appealing options like adobo chicken bowls and margarita pizza, plus thoughtful accommodations for dietary preferences, though the coffee itself seems secondary to the overall experience and comfortable, social atmosphere.

The staff was so nice and friendly, Super nice atmosphere. Pizza was great. Get a whole margarita if your super hungry, half is perfectly fine also.

In town for a convention, this was right across the street. Nice menu options, including GF and vegan. Got a bowl with adobo chicken, really good. They had been hit hard by the event crowd and had some catching up to do, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Next day I tried to go to another place with great reviews, got ignored for 30 minutes, couldn't even order food. I came back to Cosi and got turkey chili and a half buffalo chicken pizza. The pizza was huge and very good. Chili was good also.

I was in town for a conference looking for a quick breakfast. Had a breakfast sandwich. Bland and scorching hot. The coffee was only meh. Staff was very pleasant and it's a nice place to sit for a few minutes.

Paid over 15 for a salad and received rotten lettuce. I will be filing for a refund with door dash. Everything else on top of the salad was fresh and I suspect they premade the salad base and didn't realize it expired. No hard feelings but I'm not paying full price for this....

I arrived at 9:00am with a group of 14 people. The staff graciously made our breakfast sandwiches and were very patient with us. Croissant breakfast sandwiches were a hit with the kids. Only disappointment was the hot chocolate, which tasted like hot milk with a teeny bit of chocolate stirred in. Next time we'll stick to just sandwiches at Cosi
