Fava Tea Company

You've not had tea, until you've had tea at Fava. I love their TEA-ser sampler bags. They help me decide which are my favorite then I can buy the big bag. I honestly thought tea was only OK until I bought tea here. So tasty, I highly recommend.

I've been to Fava tea in Appleton many times. I drink loose leaf tea every day. Recently, I went to check out 3 different types of tea. 4 onces of each. The cheery, pleasant women placed them all in a bag that was too small, and made the delicate leaves fit by cramming them down with the scoop, smashing them to bits. The store was crowded and the woman so happy about it, I didn't say anything at the time. But it was quite expensive, and I haven't used any of the tea. I'm appalled every time I think of it. Just use a larger bag. I get loose leaf tea from reputable locations. I don't but tea satchels from wall mart. I won't be returning to Fava tea in Appleton. Very disappointing.

I heard a friend mention a tea company in Appleton. I told my mom about it and so we stopped in for a visit. I never realized how many amazing teas exist including Root Beer?! We became tea fiends and picked up so many new varieties! The place was cozy with amazingly accommodating and polite staff. We will be back for another hull sometime soon! Until then it’s my little duck diffusers first time getting to work on brewing! Thanks again and keep up the good work Fava Fam!

Today was my first day at Fava Tea Company and I'm sold for life! Customer service from both associates was great! They answered all of my dietary questions and were patient with my indecisiveness. Haha This place has a TON of options so there is no way to leave empty handed. I love that their is a Wellness Collection! They had free samples and a cute area to buy drinks they'll make at. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend.

Fava tea is one of the best places to get loose tea and the only place I use. The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Walking in the door you are hit with the aroma of all of the teas but somehow they blend to the perfect sent. Even going in with our 3 year old the staff greeted us with a smile and even talked to out little one. Any time we stop in we leave with our standards and some new flavors. For a small shop they are well worth the stop and support! I can’t wait to try the one we picked up today!
