Vine & Rind
3267 Ginger Creek Dr, Springfield, IL
Crema's Take
“Vine & Rind is a convivial wine bar and charcuterie spot where the self-pour wine station and creative boards steal the show, but it's really the warm hospitality from staff like Abby and Brady that transforms a casual stop into a memorable gathering place. The energy is intentionally fun and social—think comfortable chaos with excellent food pairings and an atmosphere that feels equally welcoming whether you're a wine enthusiast or just looking for a genuinely good time with someone you care about.”

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time, and we still talk about the experience. Our host, Abby was amazing and she was glad to answer our questions and check up on us occasionally. Try The Winsconsin, it was amazing. The Steak Bites were surprisingly really good and so were the Mocktails. We had to get the Dessert Trio to-go and it was another great experience at home. I'd recommend this place to anyone every time.
What a gem! Vine & Rind exceed all expectations for a wine lover and foodie and anyone who wants a comfortable and delicious experience. It’s a vibe! The self-pour wine station creates a fun, unique tasting experience and allows you to expand your palate by sampling the different wines. Every dish on the menu is homemade and delicious - from boards and bruschettas, to shareables that are so satisfying, they could be a meal! The mushroom rigatoni and bayou shrimp are a couple of my favs - I could dip anything in that butter sauce! Dessert was scrumptious as well! I also love how V&R offers different events & classes every month, I cannot wait to attend! Bravo to the owners and wonderful staff!
Our first time and we were impressed. Brady, our server, was awesome. Food was great, vibes were great, they have wine vending machines which was neat. We got the Fromage board, meatballs, mushroom rigatoni, and shrimp and everything was very good. We will definitely try it again!
It’s fun and loud. Great vibe. Clean. The food is delicious. Only concern is the “out” door from the kitchen opens to a walkway for guests. A server opened the door as I walked by and the door whacked me in the wrist. This could be solved by making that the “in” door so the door from the kitchen was behind the bar.
Stopped in to see this new place and get a glass of wine. Staff went out of their way to find us a place despite us not making a reservation. We sat at the bar and did the wine self serve. We got the blackberry dessert which was so delicious. The place is so nice and fancy. Springfield deserves such a nice and cozy place! It’s quite fancy so I recommend dressing the part. They had so many delicious looking cheese and meat boards. I will be coming back to get one.
