Regal Bagel

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the quality of the food I have received during my recent visits. As a loyal customer who has frequented your establishment during my lunch breaks for several years, I have always appreciated your service; however, my recent experiences have been deeply unsatisfying. ​On multiple occasions lately, the sandwiches I purchased consisted almost entirely of lettuce, with a noticeable lack of the primary ingredients. Given the consistent price receiving a product that does not meet basic expectations is particularly disappointing for a long-term consumer. ​I value your business and would like to continue supporting it, but I felt it necessary to bring this lack of consistency to your attention. I hope to see the quality restored to the standard I have come to expect over the years.

Excellent bagel and cream cheese. Tried sesame, pesto and jalapeno bagels with veggie cream cheese and they were all good. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Excellent bagel 🥯 place, humble staff and great service. We just moved to south San Jose and this place popped up in our search first up so decided to give it a go. Tried their cream cheese filled croissant, pesto cheese and everything bagel with egg n cheese. Loved the cream cheese 🥐 , a little on the sweeter side and the flakiness of the croissant made it an amazing combo, a must try item here. Their bagels are really good, we loved both pesto cheese and everything bagel, soft and fresh. Their prices are very reasonable considering the Bay Area, this will be our bagel place to go from now on.

This place is simply amazing - they have the best breakfast sandwiches around, hands down. I come and order the breakfast sausage, egg and cheese on a pesto, jack cheese or marinara cheese bagel. They are always fresh and I believe they make them on site. The price is reasonable. they will make your order fast. I’m amazed how quickly they get people in and out. Get here early however, if you come and a certain time, you may find a line outside. That’s how great this place is!

I was in the area and hungry..looking for a bagel sandwich. I ordered the bacon egg on everything bagel...it was 6.25. I wished I added cream cheese. The bagel was so fresh and good. I asked for it to be more toasted . The bacon was good...I wished there was more..it only came with 2 pieces. I also got a white chocolate mocha. It was hot and very good. Starbucks was next door but wanted to give them the business. If your looking for wonderful fresh food...this place is very good. I would come back again.
