Crema's Take

This cozy French bistro in Worthington feels like stepping into a Parisian bakery, with freshly made pastries and rich desserts that keep regulars coming back for brunch and leisurely afternoons. The kitchen takes pride in made-to-order items and standout specialties like their chocolate mousse and fruit tarts, paired with excellent tea selections in a genuinely warm atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can linger over coffee with friends, catch up on work at a corner table, or simply surrender to some truly fantastic French pastries—and locals rave that nothing compares to it in the Columbus area.

This is without doubt our favorite place to go for brunch. There’s nothing better in Columbus! Today was a little different for me as I took my friend who had a Knee replacement. The cashier was incredibly kind and offered to carry my plate and hers to the table. They’ve always been incredibly kind there and the staff has been great but when I needed it most today, they were right there for me

This was my first time here. I wasn't expecting to wait in a lunch cafeteria-style line to order food, although some items are made to order. When it was my turn, I was just stared at in silence, waiting for my order. No greeting at all; it was a bit awkward. Some things are made to order, but what I had was already pre-made, sitting out. I got the spinach quiche, the brikette bistro sandwich, and the chocolate croissant. The brikette and chocolate croissant were my favorites; both tasted delicious. As for the quiche, I think it had been sitting there for a while. The heat lamp kept it warm, but not that warm, and the flavor wasn't there. If I were to come back, it would be for the brikette and the croissant.

This is a unique little French bistro we come to for good food, but more importantly, fantastic desserts and delicious teas! Last trip we all shared the chocolate mousse- very rich and cocoa-ey, the fruit tart- my personal favorite, the kings cake- very yummy and different, a croissant- absolutely buttered perfection, and some sort of cake. We paired these with spiced plum tea and earl grey tea that were French press. The setting was a bit crowded, but we were there during peak lunch hour. Not a great place for groups over four or so, unless you are lucky enough to get the back room.

I love this place! I’ve gone a couple times and it’s been amazing every time. The atmosphere is very homey and really feels like you’re in a French bakery! This time I got the apricot turnover, chocolate macaroon, seafood sausage baguette and the hot chocolate. I also shared a chocolate rat with my friend. The turnover was amazing, buttery, sweet and tart. The macaroon was good, and the hot chocolate was very tasty. The chocolate rat was amazing, chocolatey and creamy but not too sweet. The seafood sausage baguette was pretty good. The sauce was very tasty and the vegetables were very fresh. The sausage was surprisingly made of seafood which was a very fun concept. The staff was very friendly and helpful with quick service.
