Banging breakfast spot. Exactly the kind of bakery you want to go to for savory pastries. Delcious fresh savories with depth to the flavor. Quick, easy place in downtown Lancaster to grab a quick bite and a latte to go when out with friends.

Amaaaaaaaaazing pastries! We intended to take some to go, but ended up scarfing down a full box. We got the veggie quiche (broccoli and gruyere), egg and bacon danish w everything seasoning, croque monsieur croissant, and pumpkin crumb cake. 10/10, fave was the danish which had a delicious cheese bottom and the egg yolk was still jammy. Lamination on both the danish and croissant was impressive and crispy. Further impressed by the owner's attention to detail in pulling an espresso shot, where the grounds were weighed, distributed, tamped, and then pulled using a scale. Excellent extraction. Flat white also great milk skills. As a tourist, I was not impressed by other options in the area. Front of house looks a little bare at first glance, but seeing the open bakery though the front windows indicated quality, and did not disappoint!! Would come back again!

I only tried the bacon egg and cheese croissant but it may have been thr best croissant I've ever had. The workers were extremely friendly too which is always a plus for me. If I am back in down town lancaster I will certainly be going back to try more!

Great pastry, the bacon egg + cheese croissant is insane. Monkey Bread is quality. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Best bakery in town, everything they make is out of this world amazing & it’s all made from fresh ingredients, free from unnecessary additives. The way it should be! The atmosphere is clean, crisp, & fresh and the people are genuine, great people. The menu is always rotating so each week is a pleasant surprise, good luck leaving without one of everything! Some of my favorites are the bialy, chocolate chip cookie, black & blue pie, s’mores pie & the mavericks which are pretty much their version of an Oreo but WAY better. But you truly can’t go wrong so go & try anything that tickles your fancy. Oh & their coffee is spot on, brewed to perfection!
