Awesome spot. Delicious coffee. Can’t go wrong.

Stopped in for a quick coffee and treat. Only coffee and bagels as they were out of all other food. I waited 45 minutes to order and another 20 minutes items purchased. I hate to see places like this so short staffed it has the employees anxious overwhelmed and slower. I hope this location can get more help. Several people left instead of waiting. ❤️✌️

We had a very bizarre experience at White Rhino in Deep Ellum. The doors were locked 15 mins after opening (may be a policy), and I waited for the two people at the counter to leave to approach and order. When I did, the young woman working had earbuds in and told me I had to wait because she was making another coffee. She was rude, but we all have our moments, so I sat to wait. We waited 15 minutes for his pour over (no one else entered to make this a longer wait) and she never again asked for me to come back or looked our way. I decided not to order because I wasn’t going to wait another 15 mins for a coffee. I’ve been to other White Rhinos and enjoyed my experience, but this was just flat out terrible customer service and I don’t understand how they function as a shop. Good luck with the next customers!

I recommend this place for coffee! We can stay after closing the coffee shop because it's a common space in the building. It's located in the common space on the first floor of The Stack at Deep Ellum, a prominent building in the neighborhood. It closes at 3 PM on weekends and you can no longer purchase coffee, but since it's a common space, it's fine to stay. There weren't many people there, so I was able to relax.

Love White Rhino, it's top five favorite coffee brand in Dallas! Baristas were so polite and the decor was amazing! Parking is always rough in deep Deep Ellum
