Crema's Take
“Brisas Elmora transports you straight to Colombia with vibrant, authentic flavors and a genuinely warm atmosphere that regulars praise for its heritage and hospitality. Beyond the stellar Colombian cuisine, their carefully crafted traditional drinks and fresh juices are standouts, best enjoyed from their comfortable indoor or outdoor seating while soaking in live music surprises. It's the kind of neighborhood gem where you'll feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a customer, making it perfect for lingering over breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon café con leche.”

Brisa offers excellent Colombian food, the flavors are authentic and consistently delicious. The drinks are a standout, very well made and enjoyable. Prices are somewhat reasonable for the quality of the food and beverages. Service, however, is average and could use improvement to better match the quality coming out of the kitchen. One area that really needs attention is parking and the exit of the lot, which would benefit from a safer and more organized strategy. Overall, Brisa has great food and drinks, and with improved service and parking flow, it could be an even better experience.
Excellent experience. So much heritage in the ambiance. Colombian servers to make it more authentic. The food was definitely the star of the show. Mini paisa is highly recommended if you're like me and want a lil bit of everything. Wife had the salmon al ajillo... sensational.
It’s like transporting to Columbia from breakfast all through dinner, desserts and drinks. Live music was huge surprise/bonus. Indoor and outdoor seating + parking!
If you want to experience a beautiful, authentic Colombian restaurant, you must visit. The vibrant colors welcome you in, and the warmth of the staff is amazing. The super delicious food is like being back home!
This place is great! Came here for Sunday brunch and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food was so delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the juices we got were amazing. We started with the guacamole and we absolutely loved it. The tostones were cooked perfectly. I got the bandeja paisa and the portions and great. Would love to come here again for a date night.
