Crema's Take

Black Honey Hashery is a beloved breakfast destination in De Pere where the namesake hash takes center stage—think generous portions of corned beef hash that live up to the hype alongside equally impressive comfort classics like country fried steak and pecan waffles. The relaxed, talkative atmosphere makes it equally suited for lingering solo with a big mug of coffee, catching up with friends over biscuits and gravy, or holding focused work meetings without the noise and bustle of busier spots. With consistently warm and attentive service, this is the kind of place where you'll want to come back again and again, working your way through their impressive menu of sweet and savory breakfast creations.

Came in on a Sunday morning after a late night of gaming. I'm a sucker for hash, so the name was immediately appealing. The experience did not disappoint. The corned beef hash was delightful. Large chunks of lean corned beef and lightly crisped potatoes. A solid 50/50 meat to potato ratio which is on the meatier end of hashes I've had. Excellent overall. My breakfast companion had a ham and cheese omelet and described it as "excellent". Despite being incredibly busy, the waitress checked in regularly and kept the coffee mugs full. My only complaint (if you can call it such) is that there could be more hash options! 10/10 I will be back.

Food was good. Portions were big. Service was a little slow but we weren't in a hurry. They looked to be a bit short staffed. Our server was nice.

Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive - the breakfast was delicious! Will come here again soon - recommend the biscuits and gravy and the pecan waffle.

Our waitress was wonderful. Friendly and funny and very attentive. And the food was yummy. I was there for a work meeting. We could talk and eat and enjoy the place. It wasn’t loud or distracting. This was a first time for me, but I will return.

Best breakfast place in town and I have tried them all. Whether it be sweet or salty, it's all amazing. My favorites include the Hot Brown, Country Fried Steak, Stuffed Berry Bliss French Toast, Reuben. Coffee is top notch. (Collectivo)
