Empanada Factory

We stopped into Empanada Factory this past weekend while exploring Town Square in Las Vegas, and what a gem! This little spot may be small, but it absolutely delivers on flavor. One of the best things about their empanadas is that they’re beautifully air-fried, such a refreshing change from the usual deep-fried version. They offer a great variety of fillings, and I love that each empanada is stamped with its flavor. That is such a smart touch when you order several and don’t have to guess what’s inside. Seating inside is limited, with just a few tables outdoors as well, but honestly, in Town Square you’re usually on the move anyway. The attendants were super friendly, and the empanadas were very reasonably priced. We tried a variety; pizza, ham & cheese, chicken BBQ, beef, and Hawaiian adobo, and every single one was delicious. The sauces were also standouts: cilantro aioli, chimichurri, and passion fruit habanero all added great flavor. And don’t leave without trying their traditional South American sandwich cookies (alfajores), most famously from Argentina. These delicate, shortbread-like cookies literally melt in your mouth and are filled with rich dulce de leche. Absolute must-try! Highly recommend you stop in and grab some… and definitely get more than one!

I tried The Empanada Factory for the first time and it was SO good! The empanadas were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crispy. You can tell they’re made with love. I also got the hot chocolate and it was amazing—rich, creamy, and super comforting. The whole place has such a warm vibe, and the food definitely hits the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One word..WOW! The Empanada Factory has opened a second store at Town Square and the food and the customer service were amazing!!!🤩 Empanada Factory is such a great little local spot! Overall vibe inside was very pleasant .It is a counter service ordering and the food gets brought to your table. We have absolutely loved the music and the atmosphere. Very relaxing and simply beautiful. It is family owned and operated restaurant and we have met the owners, they are very friendly and kind people. The service was also top notch. The staff were really nice explaining the menu. The food was fresh made to order. The empanadas were the real stars, though. So yummy 😋!!! We have sampled a few different ones and each one was packed with flavor, and the crust was perfectly crispy . The empanadas are so good and filled in pretty good. My personal fave was the truffle mushroom - A MUST TRY!!! The sauces really kicked things up a notch; we especially loved the creamy cilantro aioli. Nuttela latte and Mushmallow cloud were so delicious 😋. They offer great selection of specialty lattes and special lemonades. Overall: we have had a great time at Empanada Factory and We highly recommend this phenomenal empanada spot !!!

Must try empanada spot! It’s located in a nice outdoor shopping mall with easy parking. The atmosphere inside is very modern and aesthetic. Workers were kind and helpful with suggestions on what to get. I ended up trying the seasonal hot chocolate, beef, ranchera, and shrimp empanada. All very delicious, will definitely come back again! Beef: 10/10 (must try) Ranchera: 9.5/10 Shrimp: 9.5/10

I definitely recommend coming the empanadas were so fresh and flavorful and the customer service was amazing. This restaurant has a little bit of everything, from empanadas, flan, and aljafores. I definitely will be back to try more🥰
