A true gem for juice lovers — Nourish Organics brings juicing back to life! I haven’t had fresh beet juice or a real ginger shot in over a year — until I found Nourish Organics. My love for juicing started years ago on a trip to Seattle, where a woman had a small stand near the famous fish market. Her juices were incredible — vibrant, balanced, and full of life. I came home so inspired I bought my own juicer and started experimenting daily. Fast forward to last week: I was in town for an offsite work event and happened to drive by Nourish Organics about 15 minutes before closing. I ran in and ordered The Heart Beat (their beet juice), another mix they had left, and a pure ginger shot. The staff kindly warned me that their ginger shot is strong and that they usually cut it with something lighter — but I told them I wanted it pure. And wow — it was perfect. Bold, clean, and exactly the kind of kick I’ve been missing. The beet juice was equally amazing — fresh, earthy, and beautifully balanced. You can tell immediately that they care about quality ingredients and real flavor. While I don’t have the time to juice at home right now, Nourish Organics feels like the next best thing — honestly, even better. It’s the first place in a long time that truly captures what real juicing should taste like: pure, intentional, and made with heart.

I just had their Salmon Grilled Cheese and it was scrumptious!! She grills the salmon with some cheese and fresh spinach separately, then adds it to the bread which is grilling away, open-face with Colby cheese on both pieces. SO GOOD! This was outdoors at the Mt. Washington Farmer’s Market.

Fantastic smoothie and açaí bowls. Delicious and beautifully prepared. The owner and her son are lovely, warm and welcoming. Plus, the little outdoor patio is adorable, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your treat. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy that we stopped by Nourish Organics! I told my boyfriend I could go for a smoothie after our hike, and he definitely picked a winner here. Erica and her 2 sons greeted our party of 4 warmly, and after ordering, we were encouraged to sit outside, and they brought our smoothies out. We all ordered a different smoothie, and all thought we individually had the better smoothie lol But seriously the beet smoothie is SUPREME! we enjoyed the seated area outside. There is plenty parking

First encountered Nourish Organics at the Mount Washington Farmers Market. I honestly loved when the generator started acting up and the blenders stopped working. It was through that obstacle that I was able to see Erica and her team troubleshoot, problem solve, and smile through the ordeal instead of just shutting down. That speaks volumes about the business that Erica has birthed and the atmosphere of joy that she has worked elegantly to curate. Today was my first visit to her shop in Mount Washington and it is beautiful! I got the strawberry smoothie and the Heart Beet juice. It was my first time trying a beat juice and I would actually get it again. I'll be back soon!
