Vip Coffee & Cake Shop

Good location in China town for an afternoon tea. Service is efficient. It is an old time HK style cafe. Price is very attractive. Milk tea is ok. The shrimp toast is crispy but tastes like deep fried with reused oil. We come here to support knowing it is overdue for an upgrade.
