Crema's Take

Chasing Cali Collective is a wonderfully warm community hub that blends coffee culture with wellness services, creating a rare space where you can grab a specialty drink while accessing yoga, spa treatments, and even childcare. The team here genuinely cares about making you feel welcome, whether you're a regular working on your laptop or a new visitor discovering their thoughtfully curated offerings. It's the kind of place that draws people back not just for the coffee, but for the genuine human connection and holistic approach to your day.

I had high expectations for Chasing Cali but unfortunately my experience fell far short. I initially had difficulty booking the office space online and attempted to call for assistance. No one answered until I called multiple times. I booked the space hoping for a modern, quiet environment to host a professional discussion. When I arrived, I was immediately told by staff that I was late and would only have 20 minutes before being asked to leave. I explained that my reservation should have been for 1.5 hours, but the employee insisted it was only one hour, stated she hadn’t made the booking, and reiterated that they would ask me to leave promptly because another reservation was scheduled. After that exchange, I was shown to the “office,” which was essentially a small, dimly lit room located down the hallway past the childcare area. Wi-Fi information wasn’t offered until I asked for it. The space itself was very small, the hallway was noisy, and the childcare room nearby was extremely loud with the door open. It completely defeated the purpose of renting a workspace intended for focus and professionalism. When my meeting ended, there was no other reservation waiting. Instead, staff had begun closing procedures—mopping floors and washing dishes in the surrounding area. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The website gives the impression of a professional coworking environment, but in reality the space feels more suited for parents with young children who want a casual place to meet for coffee during the day. Unfortunately, it did not provide the professional workspace experience that was advertised, and I would not recommend it for that purpose. **revised response below** While I appreciate the owners feedback to this thread it feels more defensive than constructive. I believe that supporting small women owned businesses is important and I stand behind the businesses concept. I too have three young children so I understand where the concept would work for some. The private office space felt more like a crammed closet sized office inside of a daycare facility. It was not quiet or isolated to host a focused client call, which was my perception of the website, still different than a corporate co-working space. The proximity to the daycare is a flaw in my humble opinion. Even if you have young ones you wouldn't want to hear them screaming as you meet with clients. Lastly, my account was created online and the reservation was made by phone, becsuse I was unable to book online without selecting two services. Regardless, I will no be using this space for client meeting or focus time as a working mom of three. It is an adorable coffee shop if you have little ones that need a sitter while you drink a cup of coffee because your touched out.

I got a pedicure while my child played in the kids room. Zoey, the child care provider, was so sweet and I knew my daughter would be in good hands. Becca did an amazing job on my pedicure and the coffee was delicious. The space was clean and the environment was relaxing. A 100% must try for some self care while your kids are in good hands.

🌟A True Gem for Moms & Wellness 🌟 I’ve been going to Chasing Cali throughout my postpartum journey, and their infrared sauna has been essential for me. This thoughtful wellness space has offered much-needed downtime. What I love most, is that it’s such a welcoming, thoughtfully designed space. This concept offers wellness, connection and comfort. From the cozy coffee bar to the children’s playroom, everything is designed with intention and warmth. I truly love what this business stands for and I’m proud to support it.
