Friendly staff. Order for two drinks and a pastry took a surprisingly long time and that’s because I was the only person at that time. Drinks and food were good. Plenty of parking.

It's literally so hot in here. I wish they would turn the AC to 70. Most coffee shops keep it at 67. They have it for what it feels like around 73-76. Also lots of flies. Maybe a fly trap would be good. Food and drinks are great tho.

It was there. i figured it was bigger. It was nicer, and the ambient was not cozy as the one in the phar. I wanted to try it and wasn't happy. Another thing I asked for extra sprinkles because they are shysty on serving the classic Coco Loco was to watery melted very quick the consistency was not there. I pay 75 cents extra for them sprinkles you expect like the ones from the mall and in phar and these were nit the same so it made it taste different I was just disappointed with this place and will return to my usual spots in phar or the mall. Sorry y'all, but it's a nope.

I come here every day literally everyday and today I ordered my usual coffee and they surprised me with their new large cups. I advised the lady at the drive thru that I had order a large and she stated their new large cups were smaller until further notice. I asked for a discount because I paid almost 9 dollars for a small size cup, they mentioned they could only refund me and cancel the order because I had already paid for it!!! Decided to just take it and never come back!!!! Do not recommend just go to the one in the mall or in pharr!!! Btw didn't even give me a stupid straw!

Place is clean and has a great atmosphere. The service is courteous and orders done at the moment with little waiting time. The ladies working there gifted my girls with a goodie bag
