Brooklyn Water Bagel
2151 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL
Crema's Take
“This Fort Lauderdale spot brings authentic New York bagel energy to South Florida with genuinely delicious bagels that transport you straight to Brooklyn—locals rave it's the best bagel experience in the area. The inviting atmosphere and thoughtful layout make it a natural gathering place whether you're grabbing a quick coffee and bagel or settling in for a longer visit with friends and family. Staff genuinely seem to care about getting things right, and the whole vibe suggests this is becoming a beloved neighborhood anchor rather than just another bagel shop.”

🥯✨📍 Brooklyn Bagel of Fort Lauderdale 🗓️ Sunday, December 21, 2025 Stopped by today and just had to say this: the manager and the staff at the Brooklyn Bagel of Fort Lauderdale are exceptionally kind. You can tell they were short on staff today, yet the manager continued serving everyone with genuine care, great humor, and a constant smile. No stress passed on to the customers—only warmth, professionalism, and great service. That kind of attitude truly makes a difference and doesn’t go unnoticed. Huge congratulations and thank you for making people feel welcome. 👏😊
Every time I’ve ordered from here the bagels do not taste fresh like they claim. They almost are always chewier and have a slight old taste to them. I love Brooklyn water bagels, I usually go to the location in Boca. However I started coming to this location a few times before work. The difference in quality and taste is extremely noticeable. All I’m saying is stop selling day old bagels as fresh bagels thinking that people won’t notice. Also the fact I asked for double toasted and my bagel was barely toasted at all. It is a shame.
@darius4thandgoal says , “ i actually had the idea of going to Chipotle after my Whole Foods run cause its right off Federal but i have to explain … as i was walking back to my truck Brooklyn caught my eye across the street & immediatelyy changed my mind. i hadnt been in a really long time & i LOVE breakfast foods. i wish i had gotten the Cashiers name but she was sooo sweet & explained how the ice cubes are made with Coffee which is one of my favorite things cause it JMS. “
I liked this location. It is different from the others. The decorations are cool, and so is the layout. This location is probably going to be my new spot, and i use to live closer to another one that did not look anything like this one. This location the inside was spotless and nice. They keep this location nice. I had the breakfast sandwich the Williamsburg. It is a favorite sandwich for me. The bagel tasted good and was a good size. The Cubsta was good. I have always liked how I can customize it. I was happy with the meal. This location has a nice parking lot. The place is at a corner of a plaza. It is easy to find. The service was fast and staff great.
A bagel gem!!! I tried many bagel places here and being from NY the name says it all, place makes you feel like you’re in NY, bagels are delicious, the best in Ft Lauderdale for sure!!! Love their coffee, you get frozen coffee cubes which is dope if you’re a coffee fan, selection is good for both iced and hot, place is clean and their staff is the best, always friendly. Pastrami bfast sandwich was good. For the hungry man, try their signature “The Brooklyn” it comes loaded check the pics
