Kahwa Coffee
4202 E Fowler Ave, Temple Terrace, FL
Crema's Take
“Nestled inside the USF bookstore, Kahwa Coffee is a welcoming neighborhood spot where baristas like Leo genuinely make you feel seen—expect friendly, efficient service paired with expertly pulled espressos and thoughtful pour-overs that keep regulars coming back year after year. While their chocolate drinks lean syrupy, their coffee drinks consistently impress, and the cafe foods and pastries make it a natural gathering spot for students and book browsers looking for something more personal than the usual campus chain.”

Had a super pleasant experience with Leo as our Barista. She is friendly and fast……and of course she makes a great cup of coffee….
Gave me the worst hot chocolate Ever! They use syrup not powder and it tastes fake/artificial… ending up tasting like tea-my expectations were not met
i love going to this little café at the bookstore !! i've been visiting it for over a year and the workers have consistently been kind, quick, and make great coffee and café foods/snacks. i recommend their croissant sandwiches for a quick meal between or before classes! big thank you to the staff here for being nice and for helping me stay awake in my classes ((: greatly appreciated !!
It is a coffee shop at USF bookstore. Kahwa would be an alternative for starbucks which is not located in the Marshalls student center. While visiting the store, it is possible to have a drink or spend some time studying or reading books. There is a plenty of space and mostly not crowded, making this space very attractive. It is with in the USF campus and close to most of the schools. The drinks are comparable With starbucks and the candies or sandwiches are fine as well. Mostly they are for snack, so it would not be crowded even during the lunch time. I guess people visiting the USF bookstore will definitely stop by to have a rest and have a drink. Cold as well as hot drinks are offered. I think the restaurant name comes from the word coffee which is one of the Asian languages like Arabic or any other. It can be found in other locations as well. Although the restaurant name can be related to an Arabic word, but there is no cultural or different meals offered here. It looks like a starbucks with different logo and style. Overall, nice place and no need to look for starbucks if you are near by, you will experience almost the same service and food here.
drinks are amazing and the workers are very very nice.
