Poppy's

Poppy’s was AMAZING, and I say that as someone whose husband is a professional coffee roaster. Poppy knows his stuff and is so friendly and fun. We got the Thai iced coffees and it was one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had in a long time. 1000/10 recommend

First off, Poppy himself is a gem! His coffee is off the wall good, and his stand is just about as cute as a button. His plants are amazing! Hard to believe that a walk-up coffee stand in the middle of a parking lot, on the side of the road could be this good, but you just gotta go experience it. Poppy made us Thai coffees that were delicious and hit the spot perfectly. Trust me, you'll never want to go to another corporate coffee shop after this one.

Everything about Poppy's is perfection. He uses top quality ingredients, puts in so much love and care to his drink craft, and he himself is an absolute gem. Matcha latte with oatmilk and honey is usually my go-to, but everything he makes is magic. Thank you for creating this space for us, Poppy!

Omg we loved visiting this place. We went on a whim after passing it multiple times as we have been visiting for two weeks. We didn’t see any ratings or anything just location and decided to try local on the road coffee shop and we were blown away. The gentleman who either owns it or runs it is very kind and the snacks are homemade and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the peanut butter bar. I ordered an Iced Oatmeal Dirty Matcha and it was the best I’ve ever had from any coffee shop and I’ve traveled around the world! It’s out of this world! My husband got the hot version of the same drink, and he was blown away as well. Worth a stop! Don’t be in a rush - hand crafted with joy!

Great coffee, serious attention to detail and love for the craft. As a coffee nerd this was a special treat!! Poppy is fantastic to chat with and have us some great idea of things to do too.
