Crema's Take

This beloved Naples spot captures the soul of Cuban cuisine with a warmth that feels genuinely homemade—their cortadito pairs beautifully with flan de queso so creamy it'll transport you straight to abuela's kitchen. Beyond the exceptional coffee and traditional drinks, El Paladar shines as a welcoming gathering place where families linger over slow-paced meals of authentic ropa vieja, tender meats, and pillowy pastries, all served by staff who make you feel like part of their own table.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Service was overall great. Lamb shank was done well and the pork was tender and not dry. Yuca and plantain were also excellent. Desert was good. Kids also enjoyed empanadas.

Excellent Cuban food! I tried Arroz blanco, frijoles negro, Ropa vieja, rabo encendido and also tamales are delicious. I thought I was eating my grandma’s food! Owner was present and he assisted us like family! Thanks!!!

Stopped by for a cortadito coffee and and some flan. Omg the flan de queso was soft and creamy like grandma used to make it. It was very clean and staff very amicable.

xcellent food! Everything was very clean, the desserts were delicious, and the atmosphere was great. However, the service could be improved. When I called to place my order, they did not greet me with a “good morning” or even mention the name of the restaurant. Instead, they very directly and somewhat rudely asked what I wanted to order. Overall, the food and environment were wonderful, but customer service over the phone needs improvement.

The food and the service was excellent! The prices are very reasonable and affordable. Genuine Cuban food. I highly recommend. Lilly served us and she was so helpful and friendly. The pastries were amazing. The music was uplifting and fun. We will be back! 🙂
