Harmons Cafe - Orem
870 E 800 N, Orem, UT
Crema's Take
“Tucked inside a grocery store in Orem, this café offers reliable traditional drinks and pastries in a convenient grab-and-go setting, though service can be inconsistent and the in-store location means you're sacrificing cozy café vibes for practicality. While some regulars appreciate it as a quick neighborhood stop, recent visitors have reported mixed experiences with drink preparation and the overall atmosphere, so it's best approached as a functional caffeine pit stop rather than a destination café.”

Very disappointing experience at Harmon’s Café in Orem. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to help me. There was no sign posted indicating the café was on a break or closed. I eventually went to Guest Relations and was told the café staff was on their lunch break at 10:30 AM—which was surprising and frustrating, especially with no communication or signage. I also asked other employees nearby for help, but they were unhelpful and simply told me to keep waiting. Clear signage or better coordination would have gone a long way here. Unfortunately, this experience felt poorly managed and wasted my time.
It's great!!!! But, the location is a grocery store so the atmosphere is meh.
Pastries were fine but server gave me a cold London fog. Like cold. Not sure if they just didn’t know how to make one.
Great area minus that they allow people to put their bare feet on the chairs and it smells bad from that
Great neighborhood grocery store, they always have what you’re looking for.
