Loving Lefse

Love this little Lefse food truck! Brought my Mom here for the first time (who is full Norwegian) and she teared up because of the sense of nostalgia after tasting the Lefse.

So yummy! We went by the Green Acres Food Truck park on Saturday on our way to a soccer game. None of us had ever tried Lefse before but come on, a potato based sweet treat?? Literally a dream. The owners are the NICEST people on earth and the food and coffee were incredible. We got a Nutella one, a chorizo & egg breakfast, and the brown sugar and cinnamon one (can’t remember what it was called!) all 3 were delicious. Highly recommend you check them out!

Loving Lefse is family owned business in the Treasure Valley and they exceeded every expectation I had. I grew up having lefse and it was the most nostalgic & amazing experience I’ve had in Boise. The costumer service was excellent, they are the sweetest people ever. I would recommend this place to anyone that has had Lefse or is wanting to try something new. My new go to place!!

The service was just as impressive. Angeline and John, the owners, were so kind and welcoming. It was a joy getting to know them and experiencing the passion they put into everything they do. Delicious food, warm atmosphere, and amazing people—what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Literally the sweetest people with the most delicious lefse and coffee! They were so helpful and made my morning! They also gave my puppy a little pup cup which was so sweet of them! Definitely recommend this place! Happy to see them grow and become more and more popular! Well deserved!
