Boosted Brew Espresso

We love Boosted! Especially Cheyenne! We come every weekend to get our caffeine fix from her and she never disappoints!! Cheyenne is warm and friendly and always knows our drinks before we even get to the window. Plus, our sweet girl Nala always has a pup cup waiting for her with extra loves! Thanks for being a great part of our weekend routine!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but when it comes to how my child was treated, I won’t stay quiet. The barista Hailey rolled her eyes at my child when whipped cream was forgotten and my child politely asked if it could be added. Rolling your eyes at a customer is rude — doing it to a child is completely unacceptable. As if that wasn’t enough, our food wasn’t fully cooked, and the muffin was ice cold. That tells me there was zero care put into our order. Between the attitude and the food quality, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, this behavior is a pattern. Every time Hailey is working, she has a bad attitude and is never friendly or welcoming. At this point, if I see her working, I will literally drive past and not order — which really stinks because I genuinely love this coffee shop. And that’s the sad part: all of the other girls are absolutely wonderful. They’re kind, friendly, and do an amazing job. That’s why this stands out so much and why it’s so upsetting that one person’s behavior is enough to drive loyal customers away. I truly hope management addresses this. Great coffee doesn’t make up for treating customers — especially kids — with disrespect.

Cheyenne is our favorite, but all the girls a super friendly and kind. 😊 The drinks are FANTASTIC! I like the iced coconut milk latte with two stevia. My husband gets the same, but he likes it hot. Usually very little wait because these girls know how to hustle! ♥️

Their recent rebrand is fresh, fun, and full of personality! No matter who’s working the stand, my drink is always made perfectly, which says a lot about their training and consistency. Plus, their social media is on point, keeping me excited for what’s next. I love sharing their drinks on my own social media, and now so many of my friends and family are just as obsessed as I am!
