Wake Up Call - North Division

I come here quite a few times a month and got excited when I saw the updated app that offered pre orders! It is a great way to see the whole selection without holding up the line. Today at about 750am, I pulled up and there was a bit of a line. That's ok! It's almost 8am on a weekday. When I finally got to the window I could see my order on the counter because my name was written on the bag staring at me(i have a more unique spelling so it's easy to spot). For some reason, I wasn't handed it. Instead the guy who was at the window was making another drink. That's OK, again, it's busy. But then he tried handing me the drink he just made instead of my order. I told him I don't think that's mine as I had ordered whipped cream on it. He said I didn't but he would put it on the drink in his hand at no charge this time. Ummmm...it isn't my drink and I told him this again and went to reach for my phone to show him. He told me that the drink in his hand was mine again. I said no again. He then said "yes, you ordered sugar free vanilla and caramel". NO, I didn't. Only after another person in the building told him it wasn't did he finally listen. He then handed me the bag and left to make another order. No sorry, not even a laugh or a shrug, and not even a straw. Kinda turned me off for a bit. If he's there when I decide to return, I'll skip it until his day off.

Had a great experience today, was craving a drink and luckily they were still open. Got a blended strawberry lemonade yes I know its cold outside but I love my blended drinks. It was made perfectly and had a lovely conversation with the barista Liv and she warned me it might be a little icy so to drive safely it was very thoughtful and a great way to end the day!

This is the best espresso in Spokane. I frequent the Valley location on Dishman Mica. The ladies there are hilarious. The prices are the best I've encountered for the largest sizes. Worth the extra distance if you aren't nearby.

staff is the absolute sweetest group of gals! such a joy coming here and chatting with them it made my day! got to chat with madi and absolutely adore her! we talked a bit about piercings and such and i wish she was able to show hers off and express herself in a way that can show her personality! much love all around

Drinks are always delicious, and the service is spot on! Definitely hit the drive thru if it's the weekend, sitting down inside gets pretty loud when they are busy but that's to be expected. They always have great drinks, and they also sell Retro Donuts!
