Biscuit House
9702 S Tacoma Way, Lakewood, WA
Crema's Take
“Biscuit House is a straightforward neighborhood favorite tucked right off the interstate that nails the fundamentals of a solid breakfast spot—warm staff, a clean modern space, and food that arrives quickly without cutting corners. Their biscuits and scones are clearly a point of pride, and the creative takes on breakfast (like their Sunshine pizza and loaded potato bowls) suggest they're doing more than just going through the motions. It's the kind of unpretentious place where both coffee-focused regulars and families grabbing a quick bite feel equally welcome.”

We ordered: - The Sunshine pizza - Loaded potato bowl - Biscuits and gravy - Campfire mocha - Two different types of scones to-go The Sunshine pizza was super tasty. It came out hot and fresh, perfectly cooked. The scones were the best we've ever had Mocha was average Service was ok enough The biscuits and gravy and the potato bowl were barely luke warm and very mid. I was super disappointed in the gravy, it was very floury and had almost no flavor. The potato bowl probably would have been better if it were much hotter and fresher. The potatoes were super mushy, no crisp at all.
My partner and I have come 2 different times now for brunch and we have had great experiences thus far. The service is amazing and the food is 🤌🏽! 10/10 reccomend.
Great quality food and it took less than five minutes to come out. The place is very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend it.
Right off I-5 and 512, you’ll find a spot serving a solidly good breakfast daily. It’s not flashy, but the staff is warm, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food hits the spot. The biscuits and scones are baked fresh daily, and the coffee is always on point. If you’re craving breakfast, especially biscuits and gravy, this is the place to go.
This place was just alright. Nothing special. Food was mediocre, very few options. Needed salt and pepper. The redbull spritzer was good though. Wish they had country fried steak and eggs. Small little place, cute on the inside. Staff wasn't very friendly.
