Slightly Toasted

I took a date here a few months back. It looked a place that seemed great for first date. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, food, and drinks. I had a chicken sandwich with fries and some specialized bourbon. I can tell that me and my date at the time had great time there. The service was great. We were given some good recommendations. My only complaint is that the place is hard to find but otherwise I would most definitely recommend it (if you can find it).

Great place for an after work cocktail. Was pricey, but wasn’t insane expensive. Our server was fantastic! Very knowledgeable when it came to the barrel picks. Great vibe! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely incredible whiskey bar! A True bourbon/whiskey nerds paradise, and a new favorite spot when im in town. Don't be swayed by techie snob reviews looking to complain, this spot is legit. Unmatched selection of bottles, just about every interesting bottle one could imagine. Tried everything from unobtainable high end big name Bourbon brands to small craft distilleries. The prices for pours here are unmatched, to be able to to try 1, 1.5, or 2oz pours at a fair and reasonable price made for a even better time. Staff was attentive, fun and super knowledgeable. Got some fantastic pour reccomendations from Jacob the bartender for bottles I would have otherwise overlooked. (The Yokai 9 year 141 proof private barrel was a huge standout). Shoutout to Ali for the excellent and fun service, and Pablo the bar back for quick and attentive service. Was in town for the week and Slightly Toasted became a almost daily visit thanks to their incredible selection, prices, and amazing staff. Thanks for the hospitality and making my trip complete. Can't wait to be back.

Really dark inside but perfect thank you very much but it’s still indoors inside an office building. They specialize in whiskey and have many bottles sitting on their bar to choose from. The staff are tentative, and the ambience is nice. It’s with fireplace and comfortable seats. The gigantic smoked mozzarella stick was very good, but eat it when it’s hot. The outside panko breading was really good. It’s nice and casual atmosphere for professionals and nonprofessionals. It’s right across from Ogilvue train Station which goes to all the suburbs. It’s very convenient if you wanna have a snack and a drink before you go home.

I could see coming here often. Lots of choices. Creativity in creating drinks. Friendly local space, closed weekends, with choices that is impressive! Menu is a QR code. Service was attentive and caring with regulars recognized. They have special events here and launched Digits whiskey by Scottie Pippen. Couple of tables were large groups (one was engagement party, the other an office gathering).
