Crema's Take
“Tucked within MCO's Terminal B, Zaza's Cuban Cafe punches well above typical airport coffee standards with freshly roasted Cuban-style espresso, hand-pressed Cuban sandwiches, and fresh-baked pastries that feel genuinely made-to-order rather than mass-produced. Staff like Enriel and Annette consistently go the extra mile to make travelers feel welcomed rather than rushed, transforming a quick caffeine stop into a memorable pit stop. Whether you're catching a flight or craving authentic Cuban flavors with exceptional coffee, this spot delivers real craft and warmth in an unexpected location.”

As a pilot, I’m usually racing against the clock, but I’m glad I took a moment to stop at Zaza. Even with the typical airport rush, this spot delivered. • The Food: The chicken sandwich was spot on—well-seasoned, juicy, and exactly the kind of comfort food you need between flights. • The Fuel: You can't go wrong with their coffee. It’s strong, authentic, and miles ahead of the standard terminal options. • The Service: This is what really stood out. Despite being slammed, the staff was exceptional. They were efficient, professional, and maintained a great attitude under pressure. Whether you're crew or just passing through, this is easily one of the best stops in MCO for a quality meal that doesn't feel like "airport food."
Stopped by Zaza at the MCO terminal B and ordered a cortado. What I received was a minimalist interpretation of coffee. I didn’t realize I signed up for an espresso scavenger hunt, but apparently the goal is to locate the coffee hiding at the bottom of the cup. Dark, mysterious, and filled to a confident one-third capacity. 🤦🏻♀️ No milk at all, no cortado vibes.. just strong “we tried our best” coffee shot If this was a portion control experiment, congratulations… it worked. I finished my coffee in three sips and spent the rest of the time emotionally recovering. Next time I’ll order a cup of air — at least expectations will be clear. ☕️
Enriel was incredibly kind and welcoming. We make this pit stop every time we visit Orlando, and he always goes above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thank you for your exceptional service. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place.
Food, fast NOT fast food. Reasonably priced, especially for an airport terminal. They serve delicious Cuban favorites, frwshly roasted Cuban style coffee and fresh baked pastries. This little known spot is a great place to hide from the airport madness in their small dining/bar area (with a drink from the bar) or grab it to go. The sandwiches are great to take for your flight. The Cuban bowls are priced right and full of flavor. Ask for the green sauces, one has spice one is creamy and garlicky - both give any dish a flavor kick.
I ordered a hot Cuban sandwich and I was honestly impressed! I have never had a Cuban sandwich before but it was phenomenal! Annette prepared my sandwich with love and perfection! Thank you so much for the time, energy and effort you spent preparing my meal! The sauce that comes with the sandwich pairs so well!
