H&H Bagels

Crema's Take
“H&H Bagels brings authentic New York bagel craftsmanship to Pinecrest, with boiled-and-baked bagels that satisfy even transplanted New Yorkers craving the real deal—think perfectly balanced Nova salmon on a poppy seed bagel or a piping hot B.E.C. on a sesame base. The energy here is beautifully frenzied and family-friendly, with lines that wrap through the mall on weekend mornings, but the fresh, quality ingredients and attentive service make the wait genuinely worthwhile. If you're after traditional coffee drinks paired with bagels and breakfast that actually deliver on their promise, this is Miami's answer to missing New York.”

Great initial experience. Ordered B.E.C on a sesame bagel. Still hot/warm bagel not toasted so I could get an unvarnished read on the bagel. Delicious! Great service in a crowded, very frenzied environment. Very good value for the money. Much respect to established local options (you have my respect) but these guys are coming for your customers.
Worth the hype! Worth the line! After seeing the line snaking through the Pinecrest Mall on Saturday, I committed to making H&H my first stop on Sunday morning. I wasn’t disappointed. It’s been over 6 months since I sat in my favourite NYC deli, so H&H isn’t just filling a physical void of hunger, it fills the emotional longing for Manhattan. The vegan cream cheese and non-dairy milk options are fantastic and the bagels themselves are totally on point: chewy and not at all bready. The service was warm and helpful and the design of the shop is so well done. I was so happy with my bagel that I am taking a dozen home for my sleepy teenager!
I recently visited H&H Bagels and I can confidently say the product quality is excellent. The bagels are delicious, well-made, and prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The presentation and packaging are also very well done. There’s a great variety of bagels and options to choose from, which is definitely a big plus. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The main issue is the ordering system. Although they have two registers, due to the high volume of customers, staff members take orders on paper first and then you have to move to the register to pay. This creates congestion and slows down the process. Because of the long line inside and outside, a row of tables inside the store becomes unusable, which affects the overall experience. If you plan to visit in the morning or on weekends, be prepared to wait about 20–30 minutes in line. Hopefully they improve these operational details, because the product itself is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and courteous, which definitely adds to the experience.
Just tried the new H&H Bagels in Pinecrest and… wow, Miami finally has real NYC-style bagels! 🥯✨ We ordered the Nova Salmon “with the works” on a poppy seed bagel — silky, fresh, and perfectly balanced. And I went for the classic BEC on an everything bagel, crispy, melty, and absolutely delicious. Soft inside, perfectly chewy, and that fresh-baked smell… 10/10. Definitely worth the stop! 💛
As a former New Yorker who’s been in Miami for five years, one of the things I miss most is a true NY bagel. So when I heard H&H Bagels was opening in Pinecrest practically in my backyard, I was ecstatic. I wisely skipped the grand opening crowds… but apparently so did everyone else, because the day after was still packed. Thankfully, parking was easy with plenty of spots in the large strip mall. I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and added lox (not the spread), plus their signature Novacado sandwich on a plain bagel — lox spread, onion, and avocado. My plan was to take everything home and enjoy it in peace… but I ended up inhaling both in the parking lot. That’s how good it was. The everything bagel was seasoned perfectly on both sides (a detail true bagel lovers appreciate). That said, I do wish the lox add-on had been a bit more generous, and I’d love to see a flat everything bagel option on the menu. Small misses, but noticeable ones. The staff was friendly and efficient despite the rush, and the overall quality definitely scratches that NY bagel itch. Strong 4 stars — and I’ll absolutely be back.
