Custom Bagels

The bagels are fresh and the service is friendly and fast. They have a great variety and always get your order right. Some reviews say the bagels are too small, I think they are the perfect size -- a few less calories is always good!

My wife and I wanted to head to our favorite spot but it was closed so, we tried it out and omg the salmon lox, best one I've had. The lady that rung us up was very sweet as well. Good spot!!

I wanted to like it but honestly this a tier below manhattan bagel or Einsteins. Bagels were undercooked, small, meh. The bagels are honestly like YouTube tutorial made. And they only have a self service coffee table…that when I was there has black coffee and three flavor pumps with no milk available

I was going to Manhattan, where my last purchase was absolutely shameful receiving a mix of stale and fresh. By accident, I found Custom Bagels. Got 1/2dz the first time just to try them. I liked the taste, especially the cinnamon raisin. I did go a second time as well. I know we are a distance from NY and must suffer the downsize with the miles, but I was working in North Jersey and I stopped at a bagel shop up there. Look at my photos and you will see what we are missing. I think it’s unacceptable that we get so little and pay more money or about the same cost compared to a bagel just 125mi away! Our PA bagels are the literally the size of a Dunkin’ donut! Why not leave the bagels a little closer the size they used to be before the pandemic, and charge a few cents more?? We are getting screwed no matter what. The size of Custom Bagels and Manhattan are absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. I wish I could make my own. The photo of the bagel on the right is from some bagel shop in North Jersey. To the left is Custom Bagels. The comparison is outrageous and these shops should be embarrassed to rip people off. I guess they feel entitled to short and deceive us since 2hrs is a long way to drive for a substantial and acceptable bagel.

Food Yummy I had the Turkey Hoagie & Sis had Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel both were delicious. Fast and friendly service. Definitely will be back😍
