Gimme! Coffee - Trumansburg

Stopped here while in the area to see the Falls (I'm from Canada, but I visit the Finger Lakes region once or twice a year), and I'm so glad I popped in for a coffee. I'd missed coming here the last time I was nearby (it was Easter, and everything was closed), so I was happy to pop by for a post-hike coffee and treat while in town this weekend (Sat Dec 27/2025). What an amazing little shop!! It's tiny, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in atmosphere, service and amazing treats and coffee. I usually go for an espresso or Americano, but I decided to try a mocha. It was fabulous! Not as sweet as many mocha/hot chocolate coffee drinks, so it was perfect for me. The lovely barista who served me (Rose) was super friendly and gave me a warm welcome, especially when I told her it was my first time here. She gave me a few recommendations for both coffee and bakery items. I can't have gluten, so I got the GF brownie. I'm usually unimpressed with a lot of GF treats, especially brownies (often they are dry), but she said it was amazing, and she was not wrong. It was incredible. I also got a croissant for my friend, and because it was just before closing time, she gave me another treat for free! I thought that was very kind. Thank you, Rose....you totally made my day!! My friend LOVED the almond croissant (he prefers chocolate, but they were out of the chocolate one), and he also very much enjoyed the pecan maple scone. Thank you to Rose for her fabulous service!! I can't wait to come back next time I'm in the area :)

I chase the perfect cappuccino and this place hit the perfect dialed in shot! My cappuccino was perfectly balanced with dark nutty flavors and wonderfully designed latte art! You have to steam it right to get that kind of latte art! My wife got the mocha and not overly sweet and great chocolate taste!

A fantastic coffee shop if there ever was one. Yes, it is small inside, but the baristas were super friendly and efficient and kept the line moving quickly. Our drinks were absolutely phenomenal - rich espresso, earthy and smooth matcha, and perfectly spiced chai. We very much enjoyed sitting on the little patio and sipping our drinks.:) My only small recommendation is that the list of syrups be hung up so you can see it while you’re in line…I drink my coffee/matcha unsweetened, but others in my group struggled with not being able to see the options until it was time to order.

Amazing coffee. Decaf, regular, matcha - it was all five stars!!! They even accommodated the kids and made chocolate milk :) And THANK YOU for not charging for stickers. It just makes me want to buy more stuff ❤️❤️ which we did :)

Great coffee delicious pastries and awesome service!!! This is one God coffee place. Atmosphere inside is good, nice and cozy. People are nice and friendly. Coffee fresh. Lattes are good! Good place to spend some time with family and friends. Prices are friendly.
