Crema's Take
“Mornings in Paris brings Parisian warmth to Falmouth with a genuine commitment to exceptional hot chocolate that's earned rave reviews, alongside a carefully curated selection of specialty drinks and crepes in a genuinely inviting atmosphere. The cozy, design-forward space feels like a natural gathering spot whether you're settling in with your laptop for hours or celebrating a special occasion on a rainy afternoon. While opinions on their pastries vary, the consistently excellent service and that signature French hot chocolate keep locals coming back.”

Service excellent and we really liked the interior design. A plus was the french hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. Pastries were on the smaller side and nowhere like I enjoyed at Bread and Roses in Ogunquit. My french roast coffee was lukewarm and tasted watered down. I drank half and tossed the rest. While this location will do well here, there are way too many better options in the Portland and surrounding area.
This place gives evangelical vibes. It’s low brow food which they say is baked in Ogunquit, but it looks and tastes like pre-baked frozen pastries that are merely reheated locally. The drinks are cheap and overly reliant on artificial sweeteners, and the disposable utensils and plates are very low brow. They also don’t have a water fountain or jug. Their saving qualities are that it’s locally owned and the service is great, so if I’m in the area I will choose it over chains.
Went here for my wife’s birthday on a cold, rainy winter day. Ambience was warm and inviting, food was excellent, and it was “the best hot chocolate I have ever had” (direct quote from my wife). And after one of our boys epically spilled that hot chocolate, they gave us another and a complimentary birthday macaron. Easy five stars!
Awesome new location! Big selection of coffee and tea, crepes and baked items. Easy to stop by while shopping in Falmouth. Tons of seating and a cute atmosphere.
I have loved Morning's in Paris for a long time- I miss the location on exchange street! That being said, I am AMPED they opened a location in Falmouth since their primary locations are down in Kennebunk/Ogunquit! The service here is excellent! Baristas are trying to know you by name, and are genuinely friendly when you walk in. Their cafe is clean, quiet, and easy for a student such as myself to set up to get some homework done! Every other coffee shop in the general area I have visited multiple times over the past few months cramming for my exams have never bothered to know me, and after two visits here I already feel seen. Highly recommend!
