Giddy Up Coffee Bar & Boutique
1008 Shiloh Crossing Blvd, Billings, MT
Crema's Take
“Giddy Up pulls off that rare feat of being both a serious coffee destination and a genuine community gathering space, where you're equally likely to find someone closing a real estate deal or attending a Bible study while sipping expertly crafted drinks like their Mocha Cookie Dough Latte. The shop's warmth comes through in both the cozy, music-filled atmosphere and the baristas who actually engage with what you're looking for—pairing your pastry order with a thoughtfully recommended specialty drink. It's the kind of place where great coffee feels secondary to the feeling of being welcomed the moment you walk through the door.”

First, I’ll say that I LOVE their coffee, it’s the best in town. What I don’t love is the attitude and dirty looks I get every time I go there. I’ve been trying to not let that bother me because sometimes, someone is just having a bad day, but I have experienced this every single time I go. I’m not sure what her name is, but it is always the same lady that gives me such a bad experience. She has short, brown hair and wears glasses. She will snatch my card out of my hand and always gives me a dirty look but will turn around and smile like something is funny by the way she is acting. If this place dropped her, service would definitely be better. I have heard several people say they have the same experience with her. There’s no need to be ugly to people. Other than her, this place is great!
Stumbled across this coffee and walked in on a Bible study and was amazed at the atmosphere. My wife and I was able to comfortably complete our closing disclosure documents and sip great coffee. We will definitely return.
Such a cozy environment walking in this morning. I wanted a pastry and decided to try the apple danish. Delicious. The barista recommended a mocha cookie dough latte and that was also amazing. There is a little reading library and a kids corner along with a few small rooms for groups. I will definitely be back.
Stayed overnight in Greenville and looked for a coffee shop this morning! This place didn’t disappoint! My fiance got the Cookies and Cream Frappe and I got the Toasted Nut Crunch - drank it extremely quick and already planning on stopping back by on the way out to get one for the road 😅 These other reviews complaining about prices, etc. news flash - everything is expensive. This coffee shop has amazing coffee - and you either pay for that or you go elsewhere and get a lower quality coffee!
When I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The music was perfectly balanced, creating a pleasant background without being distracting. There are plenty of seating options, including two private areas ideal for quiet work/study sessions. The coffeehouse is furnished with charming artwork and games like checkers, adding to its cozy, nature-inspired vibe. The presence of horses around the property truly enhances the "giddy up" theme. The baristas were incredibly friendly and helpful. As a first-time visitor, I appreciated their patience and thoughtful recommendations. They greeted us warmly and made sure we felt taken care of throughout our visit. I loved the handwritten signs scattered around the coffeehouse, which added a personal touch and blended seamlessly with the overall ambiance. Although they don't have business cards or brochures, their Instagram handle is prominently displayed above the muffin and bagel section. Their online presence is consistent and mirrors the in-store experience perfectly. Giddy-Up Coffeehouse also offers seasonal promotions, like their St. Patrick's Day themed drinks, and a punch card for loyal customers. The variety of bagels and pastries on display looked very good. Overall, Giddy-Up Coffeehouse stands out as an authentic and unique spot in Greenville. It's a refreshing change from the usual coffee shops, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful coffee experience.
