Crema's Take

Tucked inside a free local art museum, this café strikes that rare balance between serious coffee craftsmanship and genuinely welcoming community space where you can linger for hours. The menu moves beyond basic espresso drinks to creative offerings like their praised buzz sandwich and inventive specials (fennel grilled cheese, anyone?), with thoughtfully flexible vegetarian and vegan options that show real care in execution. Kind humans, peaceful vibes, and consistently delicious food make this an OKC gem that feels more like discovering a friend's living room than a typical café.

I waited in front of the counter for over five minutes, but no one showed up. The lids of the milk boxes were open on the bench, one almond and one cow milk. I stood there long enough to watch the flies engage with the milk boxes. At one point, I just wanted to tell them about the flies instead of ordering a drink, but there was no one there. There were customers sitting, they didn’t know where the employers were. So, I don’t know about the drink or food, but I can tell that the prices were too high for those flies. I happened to have enough time to read entire menu.

We had a great experience in the Cafe. We ate the Fennel Grilled Cheese, and it had a great combination of flavors matched to marble rye bread, a carrot soup, and another soup, which was the soup of the day. The flavors were blended together, providing a great combination of flavors. We finished off the meal with a unique miso chocolate covered cookie. We'll definitely be back. Loved the eating experience.
