I came in to get breakfast for my daughter after some tests at the Dr. I just lost my wallet and things weren't going right that mor ing...to drop it off my Google wallet decided to not work as well when paying for my order. The lady at the front showed incredible patience as I tried over and over to no avail. Then to my surprise she paid for our whole order and said its on her today even when I told her I'd be back to pay she insisted its on her. I wish there were more kind people like this in the world she instantly brightened my day and made it so my daughter didn't cry because she couldn't get her cinnamon roll. Thanks so much you really made a difference in my day with your kind gesture!!

I ordered a custom cake for my wife's 40th birthday. It was a pretty simple idea, and from the photos on their website, it seemed like I was going to get a beautiful cake. All I wanted was a black cake with a nice shiny green pentagram on top. An employee was very nice and texted me a picture of something that looked exactly like the idea I had. When I picked up this 110$ cake, I received something that looked like a kid made it. I didn't want to cause a scene even though I was furious, so I took the cake and ended up using it. Every single person I showed it to told me I really should say something. Very disappointed. It didn't even look like they tried to make it look nice.

I ordered a cake resembling a set of Nike dumbells and I am soo happy with how it came out. Thank you so much for your attention to detail. The cake itself was not too sweet, and everyone loved it!

The indoor decorations are neat. The bakery is good. There many choices for coffee and bakery. We ordered a caramel macchiato and a pumpkin spice. The caramel macchiato tasted good but the pumpkin spice tasted overly spiced with light coffee. The ladies at the registers provided great service with plenty of seats to sit indoor or outdoor. There are plenty of parking spots.

Store is clean and nice, staffs are friendly. Cake is terrible for the price. Frosting is extremely sweet for my taste. The edible image didn't even cover the entire face of the cake (photo). It didn't even get smoothed out. Way too expensive for mediocre quality. You can get the same thing at Walmart for less than half the price. Won't be coming back here for cake. Very disappointed 😔.
