Friendly and delicious food truck. Donuts are made fresh to order and are like a warm blanket in your mouth. Definitely recommend trying every flavor - honey and sea salt, cinnamon sugar, Nutella and sea salt, brown butter maple, and the seasonal flavor was strawberry rhubarb jam. Drip coffee is really good and a must pairing with the donuts. These donuts will live in my dreams.

Pacific Roots is hands-down one of the best little food cart finds around. The mini doughnuts come out hot, fresh, and perfectly soft on the inside with that light crispy edge you want. You can literally smell them cooking before you even get to the window, and it’s impossible not to order a batch. The flavors are awesome and the toppings are generous without being over the top. Every bite tastes fresh and homemade, not greasy like a lot of doughnut spots. Whether you go classic cinnamon sugar or try one of their specialty options, they absolutely nail it. The people running the cart are super friendly too, which just makes the whole experience better. It’s the kind of place that feels local, welcoming, and worth coming back to again and again. If you see Pacific Roots, stop and grab a bakers dozen—you won’t regret it.

What a great experience! The owner was so wonderful and these donuts were delightful, flavorful, fluffy clouds of goodness! We got the Dirty Shirley, Marionberry, and Strawberry Shortcake. Dirty Shirley was my fave! Will definitely be back.
