Assembly Line PDX

Super chill vibe in here. Either for work or a hang out. I got the instant ramen cooked with their machine and the texture is different from boiling water at home. Will come again!

Great place to stop in for a quick lunch! I enjoyed “build your own” ramen bowl. I got ramen with 2 proteins and a drink Marionberry Seltzer (which are nearly always grown in Oregon) for under $13.

great new coffee shop with late hours and huge dining area for large parties or study groups. friendly service and good coffee too.

I had to wait for a hair appointment but wandered in to ask directions to the salon (as it was in the same building). Ended up grabbing coffee and some curry, and was very pleasantly surprised by both things—but more so the coffee! As a barista myself I didn’t expect the coffee to be so good since I just kind of entered the place in passing, but it was nutty (I ordered an iced hazelnut latte with oat milk) and there was no excess acidity (sign of good beans, in my humble opinion), the texture was good and overall flavor was very balanced. I’m not usually a fan of sweeter drinks but in this case I didn’t mind. The staff are also super duper nice, and I have bad social anxiety so the fact that they made me feel comfortable and welcome was very much appreciated. Thank you Assembly Line staff~ 🫶🏼😌

Fun place with great food & staff and a lively atmosphere. The drink choices are amazing. The house made marionberry sparkling water is so freaking good!!
