Bakery Lorraine
11600 Rock Rose, Austin, TX
Crema's Take
“Bakery Lorraine in Austin strikes that rare balance between a serious espresso bar and a welcoming all-day gathering spot, where you can linger over a perfectly pulled cappuccino or grab a pastry between meetings at the convenient counter. The space invites both solo workers and groups with its warm vibe and cozy ledge seating, though coffee quality seems to vary—you'll want to ask the baristas about their espresso on any given day, especially if milk drinks are your go-to. Beyond the coffee, their French pastries and brunch fare (think chocolate croissants and frittatas) are worth a visit on their own.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused, matcha and tea options too. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly, quick-grab spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

Cute place to work from. Loved the kale salad with no cheese & I'd order with less dressing next time or a different dressing. The turkey pesto was good. I liked the oatmilk matcha exactly how it comes. The poptart was tasty, but very sweet and 3 people can share it.
Visited Bakery Lorraine at The Domain Northside and really liked the overall experience. The vibe is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and helpful, which makes it a pleasant place to spend time. I tried their hot chocolate, and it was good — I’d rate it around 3.5/5.…
I've said it before many times and I'd say it again.. I'm not a big fan of places where u order and tips are asked for upfront before even experiencing the service.. It was a late lunch for us (after 2pm) because we had just hiked and needed a spot that still served hot coffee…
My favorite place in the Domain! Fast-casual counter-ordering service that brings fresh food to your table. Great for meeting with family or friends, or for working solo thanks to the coveted ledge seating with a perfect window view of the Rock Rose street walkers. There’s also…
We went for brunch and there was a long line, moved quickly though. We got cappuccino, chocolate croissant, matcha panna cotta, French toast and Frittata. The coffee tasted like plain warm milk — bland and disappointing. The French toast felt more like deep-fried bread than…
