Better Bean Coffee

I come here several times a week and it’s always great. Although today, I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before I decided to call the number posted on the glass sliding door. No one answered but a girl walked up. Very rude attitude towards me. I don’t know her name, but she’s got on a white and light gray striped sweater. Long dark hair. She didn’t great me, just stood there staring at me. So I spoke up and just told her my order. She was short with me the whole interaction. Very disappointed with this visit…

Happened to find this place on Google while visiting the area from out of state, and so glad we did!!! Jacob greeted us with a smile, was friendly, and had excellent customer service skills. Oh yeah, did I mention the coffee was delicious, too! Will definitely be back next time we are visiting.

Fastest Drive-Thru and Friendliest Staff! Food was fresh and hot! Drinks also were wonderful and well made!

Hit the drive thru on our way through town, staff is super friendly! Got a couple drinks and burritos and it was all good!

I have come here twice through the drive-thru, and each time, the service was exceptional! I tried the Mistletoe holiday latte and a hazelnut truffle latte and both were good, but not overly sweet or flavorful, the milk seems to overpower the flavors. I will definitely come back and try more!
