Crema's Take

The pastry program here is legitimately excellent thanks to a partnership with Colson Bakery, making this worth visiting even if coffee isn't your priority. The espresso is solid and the long-tenured baristas know their regulars well, creating a genuinely welcoming neighborhood vibe that's increasingly rare in Brooklyn. It can get crowded and consistency dips occasionally with newer staff, but the cozy design and reasonable portion sizes make it feel like an actual third space rather than a caffeine transaction.

What to expect

Espresso-focused. A outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast and pastries on the menu.

Delicious pastries, many (all?) from the first rate Colson bakery. Yummy coffee, too. Service is friendly and welcoming. It can sometimes be crowded
