Grounds 4 Compassion

I recently roasted some Brazil beans from here. Been roasting for 15 years, and always like the beans from Brazil. That said, I roasted to full-city and had a cup after 2 days degasing and after 5 days degasing. Just to be fair, I also roasted some Brazil Cerrado from my usual purveyor in Minnesota. Aftet a 2 day degas, there was a day and night improvement in the balance, fullness and smoothness, of the Brazil Cerrado, compared to what I got here. This is just my snobby Washington state opinion, but I believe that, life is to short for a bad cup of coffee, and "grounds 4 divorce". I

Great coffee. Great local business. Our church had fun rating the flavors of coffee. Rainforest came out to be number 1. We have started to order from them regularly.

Great decaf coffee! I bought the Swiss Water decaf. It has the best flavor of any coffee I have ever had. Customer service is great with a nice and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place for coffee and coffee products.

Heaven’s Blend espresso is comparable to NONE. I had never met an espresso I could literally just eat the beans straight from the bag until I met Heaven’s Blend. The espresso it pulls is the best, fresh doppio I’ve ever had too. If you’re more of a brewed cup of Joe person, I’d recommend the Mocha Java blend, Honduras, or Brazil roast. All very full, smooth flavors. And the people are some of the sweetest and most genuine people you’ll meet! So go get yourself some coffee, you won’t regret it. :)

Absolutely my favorite place to get coffee. Awesome environment. Very friendly people and the coffee is just amazing. They have a huge variety and they roast the beans right in the back room and then grind them right before making your coffee. It is a full coffee experience. If you ask them I'm sure they'll give you a tour of the back where they have the green fresh coffee beans coming in before roasting. The smell alone is addicting enough to bring you back.
