Bad customer service standoffish and rude for no reason, was simply asking if there was a difference in the menu on the screen versus their system. Basically, the menus broadcasted on screens have a vast difference at least for the espresso shakerato, they claim that in their system it’s different prices. Kinda sneaky but all in all the coffee was good.

Lavazza Expressions – Downtown Chicago My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Lavazza Expressions in downtown Chicago. We ordered the Chicken Panini and the Hazelnut Croissant, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The croissant in particular had a great balance of sweetness and texture. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The café has a great vibe and is an excellent spot to grab quality food and coffee while in the city. Highly recommend Lavazza Expressions for anyone looking for a tasty bite and great service in downtown Chicago! ☕🥐

The coffee here is on point – smooth, rich, and exactly what you expect from Lavazza. The food is fresh and flavorful, perfectly paired with the drinks. Service is quick, friendly, and attentive without being pushy. The atmosphere feels modern yet cozy, making it a great spot to chill, work, or just enjoy a solid cup of espresso. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

I bought directly from Lavazza USA. The website was a little confusing, I wanted Nespresso capsule. I did a search for Nespresso and bought 4 different boxes. 2 boxes received are not Nespresso type, some other kind, I rechecked the website and it doesn’t specifically say Nespresso, but it doesn’t say Keurig either. I contacted Lavazza but no response, no service, no care. Never again.

From the moment I walked in here.. I was greeted with kindness and energy! The staff was so friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I was invited back to pop in anytime. I would say the customer service was more than I have had at a cafe in a long time!
