I highly recommend the ready-made meals and soups from the Nourish Wellness Café in the Pop Life space on Waterloo in North Collinwood. Chef Will is a culinary genius!! I'm so thankful for the wholesome vegan meals that this kitchen provides me with on a weekly basis for the past year. It's been such a great force for my general health and nutrition in 2025! But not only that, it's a dialogue of cookery. Just eating chefs Will's meals helps me to become a better vegan cook in my own recipes. I love y'all so much 💛💛💛 thank you !!!

I've been meaning to visit for a long time, but finally made it in today. Now I'm mad about all the meals I could've had here. First of all, I love any "build your own" options. I appreciate that I can get a Beyond Burger or vegan pizza pretty easily, but this is the only place I know where I can get a bowl of quinoa and tofu with some veggies and sauce. Just simple, whole foods like I make at home when I have time. Obviously, way tastier, of course. I took my food home, but I'll be back when I can stay. The energy there is really great ! They have one of those community boards where you can tack up in, and those always make me love a place. As if all of that isn't enough, the person who was working was really friendly and had my food ready super fast. Cool side note: They offer cooking classes ! $60 sounds like a really fair price, but is out of my budget ATM so I'm not going to be adding a review for that. (I hope one of you do !) There is even a session for kids.

Our Vegan breakfast in Cleveland at Nourish Wellness Cafe was delicious and nutritious. Generally, I'm not a fan of Scrambled Tofu using turmeric. I prefer using nutritional yeast, but these folks made turmeric work where others have failed. It wasn't overpowering. It was just delicious. Vegan Chia and Coconut Yogurt parfait with blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and granola Scrambled Tofu with mushrooms and vegan Feta cheese on whole wheat toast Scrambled Tofu with mushrooms, fresh spinach, and marinated chickpeas on sourdough toast As much as we really liked their local breads, toasted made it difficult to cut and eat. I think I'd get the Scrambled Tofu in a tortilla next time as a breakfast burrito (which is an option they offer) and have a slice of their delicious toast on the side. The raw spinach leafs also made cutting and eating somewhat challenging. It woukd be easier to eat of they chopped them first. This probably is not at all a problem in a breakfast burrito. Despite this, we really enjoyed our breakfast and would not hesitate to return. We als9 really enjoyed the chia and Coconut Yogurt parfait. It's a really nice combination. The staff was helpful and cheerfully answer our questions. The ambiance is modern eclectic fun. Food ☆☆☆☆☆ Service ☆☆☆☆☆ Ambiance ☆☆☆☆☆

Stopped by for brunch on my first visit to the Waterloo District. I had the peanut butter & berry smoothie and the avo toast. They were so good, and exactly what I needed. Improved my morning mood, and I definitely felt nourished. Would recommend.

I bought the Citrus Got Real smoothie for a great price and tasted great! Healthy ingredients. The Kimchi Toast Crunch and Veg Head wrap were tasty and good for you. The spinach and sourdough were a nice touch, and cant beat the prices. I recommend anyone going here for cost effective health foods that actually fill you up.
