I went to Skeleton & Bee and got the Miri Way on an onion bagel with a matcha latte — and listen… that sandwich was so good. Everything was balanced perfectly. The egg, the meat, the flavor — nothing overpowered anything. It had a slight kick, just enough to notice, and a little honey on it which I liked. Next time I might ask for lighter honey, but it wasn’t overly sweet at all. You can tell why it’s popular. I will definitely be going back for that. The place is small and cute. Customer service was good, and my sandwich came out in about five minutes, hot and fresh like it was made right then. The matcha latte was decent. You can actually taste the matcha, which I appreciate because some places don’t make it strong enough. It wasn’t too sweet, just enough. It was a little chalky at first — probably just needed to be mixed more — but it wasn’t bad. I’d try another latte next time though because the other drinks looked good. But the Miri Way? 10/10. Already told my friends about it.

Best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had. The Mira Wey is to die for. Staff is super friendly and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. Top of the line cleanliness and quality. Truly one of the best breakfast spots in Syracuse. If you’re from Syracuse and you haven’t tried this place yet, it’s a MUST. My only complaint is that I wish they were open on weekends so more people could have the opportunity to enjoy these incredible sandwiches.

What a gem! So glad we stumbled upon this place. If you’re in search of a fantastic sandwich - look no further. Those lucky enough to work in the 250 Clinton Street building have quite the treat awaiting them every day. I had the specialty breakfast item of the week: green eggs & ham made with pesto scrambled eggs & a wasabi aioli. Toasted to perfection on my choice of an Asiago bagel. My husband enjoyed the morning heifer, with homemade chorizo & a robust chimichurri spread. Wow! The article on the wall is a great read, detailing chef Christian’s impressive background. As a Syracuse native who visits frequently, we will make it a point to stop here every time we are in town.

Found this when searching DoorDash while hungry at work one morning. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Nice buttery bagel and good ratio of ingredients. Pricier compared to other downtown spots I’ve hit for breakfast, but would still recommend.

Amazing breakfast sandwich! I tried the Mira wey on an everything bagel. It was an unexpected and delightful flavor experience ! I didn't plan to eat it all, but I couldn't resist. It's a bit messy, but worth it. The bagel itself wasn't spectacular IMHO, but they certainly know how to make a delicious sandwich. I also has a latte which was good.
