Pollen Coffee + Flower Shop

Very good coffee shop, the baristas here definitely feel a notch above the other cafes I've visited. They do matcha and specialty drinks here well too!

Friendly, casual, interesting - All of the ABOVE! Their coffee prices are very fair and their options for add-ins, the best I've found in a coffee shop outside of Seattle. Their matcha is my favorite and if you have not tried it, you should! Look on the counter for the add-in options. I missed it the first couple of times. On top of the great coffee (they have great looking pastries but I try hard to resist those) - they have the most interesting flowers. These flowers are not your average rose. If you need something special for yourself or a loved one, you must at least check out their offerings. The attached photo was for our 50th Wedding anniversary. I had no idea what to get just asked for something interesting and different. The result was amazing. Thank you.

We ordered our elopement bouquet and boutonnière from Pollen. The ordering process and communication with the shop was easy and anxiety free. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we described that we wanted. We took advantage and had coffee and a pastry when we picked up our flowers. The seasonal coffee menu was great (loved the unique names they gave the drinks). My pumpkin spice latte was flavorful and not too sweet! Thank you ❤️ P.S.- be mindful of what flowers you have in your bouquet as the pollen can stain your dress.

I just love getting my coffee here. Superior taste, yummy gf muffins and oh the flowers!! Allison and her crew of folks are pleasant and kind and work hard. Definitely my favorite coffee in Asheville!

Love the vibe, the flowers, and the coffee. The employees are friendly and attentive. The flowers were 50% off today for the 1 year anniversary of Helene so I made myself a gorgeous handpicked bouquet to do something kind for myself today. Thank you Pollen! My cortado was also delicious!
